4. Course Registration and Enrollment

4.1 Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age and possess legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4.2 Registration Process

Course registration requires submission of accurate personal information including name, contact details, and any other information requested during the enrollment process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

4.3 Course Confirmation

Registration is subject to course availability and acceptance by Meridian Edge. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment or cancel registrations at our discretion. Confirmed enrollments will receive written confirmation via email.

4.4 Class Capacity

Course enrollment is limited to maintain educational quality. Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis once eligibility requirements are met.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Fees and Pricing

Course fees are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are due at the time of registration unless alternative arrangements have been made. All fees include course materials, resources, and specified post-course support.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified during registration. Payment must be received before course commencement unless prior arrangements have been established.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus administrative fee of SGD 50
• Cancellations 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
• Cancellations less than 7 days before course start: No refund
• No refunds after course commencement

6. User Responsibilities

6.1 Participation Requirements

Participants are expected to:

• Attend scheduled sessions or access course content as outlined
• Complete assigned exercises and readings
• Maintain respectful conduct toward instructors and fellow participants
• Protect confidentiality of other participants' personal information
• Provide accurate information and honest communication

6.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Share, distribute, or reproduce course materials without permission
• Record sessions without explicit written consent
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Disrupt educational sessions or engage in inappropriate behavior
• Impersonate others or provide false information

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law:

Meridian Edge, its directors, employees, and instructors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use our services
• Financial decisions made based on course content
• Errors or omissions in course materials
• Interruption or termination of services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your information

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the fees you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meridian Edge, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your violation of these Terms, misuse of our services, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Course Modifications and Cancellations

11.1 By Meridian Edge

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors, or to cancel courses due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, participants will receive full refund of fees paid.

11.2 By Participant

Participant cancellations are subject to the refund policy outlined in Section 5.3.

15.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it in the future.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
